Suggestion Description: 

Adding Sinker as a new lore character to the 104th. Fixing the VCMDR and CMDR loadouts by removing the standard DC-15X and assigning more appropriate weapons. Providing improved DC-17 variants for VCMDR, CMDR, and ARC roles, while also granting ARCs access to the AT-AP. Updating LC and CE weaponry to make them more viable in combat, and allowing CEs to gather resources faster without being easily killed during the process.

Why Add This?: 

The addition of a new lore character, Sinker, will help further develop the identity of the 104th by attaching him to Lightning Company, while Comet will be updated and formally assigned to Combat Engineers. Providing the option for members of either sub-battalion to roleplay as a character from lore, but augmented to fit what the 104th is on the server. This adjustment not only expands the lore depth of the battalion but also gives each sub-unit a distinct lore representative that better reflects their operational focus and individuality within the 104th.

The VCMDR and CMDR loadouts should feature the DC-15X Lightning variant instead of the standard version to better reflect their status and specialization. Vice Commanders would also benefit from having dual DC-17s, mirroring Wolffe’s iconic setup.

The 104th ARC should receive both the dual DC-17s—as has seemingly become standard across ARC roles—and the DC-15X Lightning variant as part of their kit. Since ARCs are meant to represent the best aspects of the battalion, their loadout should reflect the combined strength and versatility of the 104th’s sub-units. Additionally, granting them access to the AT-AP would further emphasize their place within a vehicle-oriented battalion and distinguish them from standard NCOs.

Additionally, both Lightning Company and Combat Engineer weapon sets—particularly the DC-15X and Quad Blaster—feel underpowered. Updating their stats would make them more viable and aligned with their intended combat roles. Finally, Combat Engineer resource crates currently generate materials too slowly, requiring a full large crate to construct even a single turret. Increasing the resource output rate would make building fortifications and FOBs less tedious and more efficient.

i do not support this while yes 104th needs updates the way you have went about this shows problematic behavior there was little no contact on the lore addition to the sub bat till a couple a days before posting then when me and Caleb LCVL at the time responded to the msg from helios saying we weren't interested in having lead be a lore character and that me Caleb would discuss it further then the next day a vote with the option of a lore character being lead or attached or neither was put up then when neither was voted on by the battalion for both sub bats we then had a meeting between me and Caleb and both hellion and helioes and we tried to explain that putting up a vote about something we had made decision on seemed to be undermining us while we were still trying to figure out what we would like to do if we even wanted a lore character in the sub bat then this was posted a day after we never saw the kit were not told that the lighting company rifle would be given to 104th ARC and 104th command there was no communication and this complete defeats the purpose of sub bat Lead and Vice leads and shows a disregard fore the vote that was posted were the 104th made it clear that this wasn't what we wanted
i really hope u improve cause i have lost major respect for the command team of the 104th and i hope this doesn't pass

I believe these changes would be good for wolfpack and it would be cool to see some more lore characters be added. I also believe these kit changes would help increase the kit and allow it to be more up to date like other battalions
