5. Why do you wish to become an Officer in the 21st?: I was formerly a SSGT on 21st before i left the server to go to school and unfortunately had to restart my progression and now im in a position where i can do more for the 21st and i would like to do the most i can.
6. What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over the other candidates? I feel I'm qualified to be an officer in the 21st because I have real world experience leading a group of people and being able to lead troops
7. What is the job of an Officer in the battalion?: a 21st officer must be prepared to set examples for the lower enlisted and lead from the front. Train and learn with new and old soldiers to form relationships, increase moral, and try to improve activity on the server
8. Why should you be trusted with being an Officer?: I believe if i were to become an officer i would be able to become more involved with the server and more involved with the 21st. I wish to set an example and lead from the front. I also want to support my troopers by assisting them with whatever they need may it be on the server or off.
