# EyrtjsQfv2DZzQns1. What is your in-game name?: Wimker
2. What is your current rank?: 1SGT
3. What is your SteamID (not 64)?: 76561198323487388
4. How many hours (!time in-game to check) do you have on the server?: 220~
5. Why do you wish to become an Officer in the 104th?: To help lead a battalion up to a better future and be an active face. i wanna have a leadership role and help make battalion defining choices while helping to train the next generation of officers and enlisted to become the best troopers that they possibly can be. I wanna be able move up in the battalion and due to the current bottleneck i currently cant so this would be able to let me continue on my career path within the battalion.
6. What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over the other candidates?: Past leadership experiences in other servers and i recently was ground command during an event and everyone that was there seemed to like it (Can refer to Kenobi about this.) I can easily relate to a lot of people and make them feel comfortable to be able to talk to me if any questions are or concerns that are needed as whenever i see a new CT I'm always one of the first people to message/ask if they have any questions about the server no matter who they are.
7. What is the job of an Officer in the battalion?:The job of a 2LT is to help the NCO's learn their role in the battalion and make sure they are properly training the current enlisted. They can also help with recruiting into the battalion and recruiting subunit members. They can also help with being a 3rd voice on new things that would come to the battalion and help give opinions to the command.
8. Why should you be trusted with being an Officer?: Because I can become serious and lead a group when needed (Like how i was GC at an event as an NCO) But also be human enough to take in peoples concerns and make sure they are counted. I have a bunch of experiences with situations like this and would love to help shape the 104th into one of the highest standards of battalions.
