41st ARC Additions

Mixed feelings on this
I like the addition of more vehicles for the ARC Job but i don't think the add-on of the ping launcher works for 41st ARC, As 41st isnt really explosions

The reason behind the ping launcher was because most ARC have some kind of heavy weapon, so I was trying to give them something similar. I was allowed to pick either it or detonators, was originally trying to get a RPG but wasn't allowed any higher level explosive weapon, so I picked the ping launcher since I didn't want to take another thing away from Rangers. The regular ping launcher is more of a crowd control weapon than a proper explosive in my opinion since it is only good for infantry.

makes sense for ARC to have an explosive weapon being a ping launcher, which makes sense cause they literally are SF and they need more variety in their kit so im all for that and more 41st vehicles on it makes a lot more sense as well
