When did you start playing in this community?: 6/5/2025 and over 1'170 hours on the server

Why are you looking to join the Staff Team and what can you bring to the team & community?: I would love to join the Staff team to assist with keeping the community safe. As one of the most active players on the server I believe I can help deal with the late-Night minges as that's when I notice they are the most active but usually nobody in the Staff team is on to deal with it, I would also love to just assist with the community in every way I can either as a Gm or staff, I love this server and I'm determined bring as much as I can to the team and this server as a whole

Whenever dealing with a staff sit the reported party ends up disappearing, after review of the tab menu you see they're no longer on the server. What are your next steps?: First, id check if they left or timed out, talk with the other player about what happened, If possible Id also DM the user asking there point of view and if they'll rejoin, if they left too escape id copy there steam ID from the leave message and give them a warn/Strike, if it was something more serious as MRDM/ect id take photos of the Blogs and/or chat logs and send that too someone of higher rank too deal with (I don't believe Tmods can do ban Request? if they can id do a ban request instead.

How would you handle a situation where you bring someone for FailRP and all they do is yell and or cuss at you?: First I would at least try too calm down the user and explain that they need too either leave the RP scenario or calm down (depending on situation) and mainly just give them a verbal warning about acting extreme and ruining other players time, If they instead continue too scream and cuss, Id Gag the player, explain too them that they will be getting warned for Fail rp, as well as harassment as they were continuously asked too stop, then Ungag and return them. Id then warn other staff about how they reacted.
