Do you have any past experience staffing? (explain): I do have staffing experience on other server I was staff a long time ago on Frostbite, I resigned from staff due to things I had to take care of and focus on IRL. I had held the position of Admin when I was staff on this server

When did you start playing in this community?: I started playing on this server back when it opened and just recently I came back to get back into the community and immerse myself within the Frostbite community and staff team.

How many warns do you have?: I have 0 warning

Why are you looking to join the Staff Team and what can you bring to the team & community? I'm looking to join the staff team because I would like to become more involved with the community and be able to help with issues that occur when there arnt any other staff on at the time and to relive some of the stress of Higher-ranking staff members to allow them to focus on more important matter.

Whenever dealing with a staff sit the reported party ends up disappearing, after review of the tab menu you see they're no longer on the server. What are your next steps? First, I would copy their steam id and other information before I start the sit and if the reported party does end up disappearing, I would just give them a warning and ban them for 3 days. and depending on what the sit is for I would adjust my punishment accordingly

How would you handle a situation where you bring someone for FailRP and all they do is yell and or cuss at you?: I would allow them to cuss and fuss all they want while waiting for them to stop so I can have a conversation with said party put if the verbal harassment continues I would punish said party accordingly depending on the choice of words they choose to use. But if it's nothing too serious I would just go with a Warning and possibly at jail time that is seen fit
