Description: Change base map to a new or previous map

Why add this?: We have been on SOG for about 4 months, I love it but its starting to get a little stale from a QM and GM side at least it is for me. I'm making this suggestion because I also want to see what other players think as well maybe im just out of touch.

-1 to anaxes and Tavora: we did tavora recently, the anaxes map is laggy

+1 on base alin: decent map, just remove the excess NPC's except the Clones and civi ones.

Changes Vardos map version to https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2957337038: its the same except doesnt require tylers prop pack (and maybe higher skybox) so its a sold win as its a decent map and since its an urban base map would provide more rp stuff and more unique onmaps and it has underground caverns. honestly i prefer if we got to vardos over all the maps since its new and summer is on the way so it be best to give players a new map/urban style base map to experience for summer
