Suggestion idea: Change the HUD

Why add this: The current HUD makes it extremely difficult to see people's names and health status. For regiments like medical, it makes their jobs significantly harder as they must run within a couple feet of someone to check on them. For Command or Staff, it also makes it difficult to gather people up as they must be extremely close to see their information.
