3. Why would you like to become a AHGM? I want to help lead this family to great success, I wish too see every person apart of this team become a successful GM and hopefully someday take on a leadership role in this great team like I am trying to now. I remember when I first started, I had no idea what I was doing but I had an amazing SGM that showed me how to be a good GM and now I get to host amazing events along side my fellow GMs. I enjoy making amazing events and becoming a AHGM would allow me to help other GMs the way that SGM helped me when I was first starting out. I want to help our wonderful GMs to make amazing events that will have people talking about them all week. It would be a great honor to be assigned as a AHGM so that I can help lead this amazing family to great heights.

4. If accepted the position what can you bring to the table as a AHGM? I can bring a lot of creativity and planning. I love using dupes for my events, most of them I've made myself. I can be effective in helping the other GMs with their events and showing them how to make it better if it could be improved. Overall I want to help other gamemasters with their events and making amazing occupation/Mega events. I have over 950 Hours in this server alone I am fully committed to this server and it's community. I have amazing ideas for cool events that the other GMs can do along with the ability to help where I'm needed. With this new wave of GMs flowing in I could help get them normalized to the kind of stressful but rewarding environment. Everyone on the GM team I consider part of my family, and family comes first. So I will do everything in my power to make sure everyone in that family is successful!

5. If you see anyone using their powers off duty as in spawning stuff, freezing people, or arresting people (the job doesn’t come with an arrest stick) how would you respond if it was the first time? It would depend on what they are spawning as GM are allowed to spawn things off duty ONLY if it is to enhance the RP. That means no dune buggies or other unrealistic stuff that wouldn't be found in the star wars universe. Now if they were spawning stuff that had nothing to do with enhancing RP or they were freezing people and or arresting people I would inform them that it is staff abuse and if they continue it will result in a strike and I will get them in a call and we will go over the GM handbook together.

5a. From the previous question, what if the same stuff happened multiple times in the past, how would you proceed? I would start off by explaining to them that this isn't their first offence, depending on whether there are any strikes on record they would be ok but I will go back through the gamemaster handbook with them so it is lees likely to happen again(I didn't say "so it doesn't happen again" because it 100% could happen again). By this time they most likely have 2 or so strikes. If that's enough for removal I would ask the AHGM (if available) to join a call with me and the offender and talk about possible removal and that if removed they can re-apply in 2 weeks if they want.


6. A Gamemaster is having a crappy event, What would you do and say? I would ask them if there is any way I can help them whether it be they are having trouble with a tool or spawning stuff. On top of that I would go a step further and ask if later they want to get in a call and go over the different tools and such. Another thing I would do is have them do a few REs and see what aspects of events they are best at. If they are really good at combat focused events I would have them try doing a more RP focused event in a call inside a SIM room with a handful of volunteers that are willing to help out. I would encourage them and give them a few tips on how they could make their event better. Not in a harsh manner but very subtly and if something happens (emotionally) I would take over for them and tell them to take as much time as they need. To make them feel better I would bring up some of my past crappy event to try and lighten the mood and then I would say something like "Hey every GM has a few bad events but you learn from the event and in the future you will be less likely to make the same mistake(s) again" because we learn from our mistakes. I would also say "Without mistakes we would never grow" because there is no one on this planet that has never made a mistake and every great inventor or artist has made several mistakes to get to where they are now!

8. How active can you be? I can be in-game every day and active of discord every day. I can be in game most mornings from 8 AM EST to 2 PM EST and then later in the day at 8:30 PM to midnight basically. Every week I have far above the required point amount per week (I may have too much free time lmao)
