Why do you wish to become a 2LT?: I want to become a 41st Officer cause, I wanna do more training and patrols as often as I can before and after events. I wanna do more chaotic fun for the 41st, and make it more and more active than before.

What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over other candidates?: I have been in the server for less than 90 hours, and yet I am very fun and knowing within the 41st including some Low Command and Command entirely. I have been on nearly every event over the month since I started here in the server. I have Excellent communication, Great teamwork, Stand out 41st NCO and also always there to help in any way shape or form.

What is the job of a 2LT in the Battalion?: The 2LT is the what is called the Officer of the battalions. 2LT have a role to make sure NCO's and Enlisted members are doing what is needed to be done. They also make sure roaster is up to date and to keep things manageable. They also are their to help out with trainings as well as Sub Trainings, like BARC or ATRT if in Rangers. Over all the 2LT are there to help out and to train and show how things are done around here in the battalion and to ensure the next set of 2LT's know what to do in the future.

Why should you be trusted with 2LT?: Ever since I have joined, I immediately joined 41st at like 5 am CST. At that moment I knew, I was going to make a difference. Seeing as how active we are as a whole makes me feel like I can do more for the battalion. As I have had made friends with both some of the Officers, Low Command, and the Command members, the moral in 41st entirely a fun and happier place. I try to contact all members who are in need in help of the newer stuff and the improvements like equipment wise none the less. I feel as though me being a newer 2LT I can so so much. I wanna be there and help more, and want to try to push out more patrols, even with lower numbers like 5 or 6 people on. Wanna make the experience for us all fun and entertaining in the end.
