How many hours do you have on the server?: 38 Hours
Why do you wish to become a 2LT?:
I'd like to become a 2LT in order to better support the 41st in helping get back to better ways, with more SIMs, Trainings, and Drills to help ourselves improve. I'd also like to bring my leadership experience to bear for the 41st, giving us a consistent Officer and Leadership presence during evening Events during the week, which in my experience has not been as robust as it could be. I likewise have a lot of ideas for how to elevate 41st alongside our other Officers and Vice Commanders, such as a training schedule we could try to implement, or rewriting the playbook on what Drills and SIMs could be hosted at all. I have plenty of ideas, I just want a chance to implement them.
What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over other candidates?:
I have over 12 years of GMOD Experience, I'd say 10 of which has been spent in a Command Position. I know that doesn't mean much, but I do come from a Serious RP background and have plenty of experience leading, even building up Battalions from scratch. I believe in my own abilities, and I have tried to showcase and leverage that experience when in the presence of our Enlisted to lead from the front and change the culture to one that promotes good behavior, good relations, and a drive to improve oneself. Not my first rodeo doing that, either. I'd also like to become a 2LT to help mediate issues between the Officers above me and help make progress on documentation that needs to be reworked. Doc Work is something I happen to specialize in. I try to keep a calm demeanor, though I am not afraid to crash out when the time calls for it and enforce punishments upon those who make mistakes worth being punished for. Generally speaking, I possess a plethora of leadership experience and can list it. When in Command, I utilize clear and concise communication to dole out orders and accomplish objectives with speed. I am not one to sit around, I am action-oriented. Proper battlefield behavior is a must, and I will enforce it.

The Job of the 2LT is to be the Liason between the Officers, and the NCO and Enlisted personnel. They're meant to support both ends of the Battalion, helping bridge any communication issues and acting as a frontline to mediate low-end disputes at the Enlisted and NCO level. They help motivate NCO's to fulfill their quota, teach and train new Enlisted, and generally assist in day to day operations for the Battalion. Why should you be trusted with 2LT?:
I do believe that I can be a positive force for change in the Battalion, as I am active most days of the week and am not afraid to step up and lead. I want to prove I can do a good job as a 41st Officer. I can and will help any new recruit with any questions they may have, and will try to be a formidable leader to take us forward for the better.
