I do have experience staffing on a few different occasions. One including this server about 2-3 years ago, next was a lot of fivem staffing on a server named GSRP, lastly just staffing on a few different discords that i cannot exactly think of on the top of my head.

Why are you looking to join the Staff Team and what can you bring to the team & community?

I would like to join back for a couple of reasons first being, I absolutely adored my time spent on this server it was like no other. second d being I want everyone to be able to enjoy an experience similar to what I had back in the day. What I can bring to the community is a dedicated member of the moderation team that will ensure everyone has an outstanding time while being a member of the community. I also want everyone that has encounters with me to feel as though I am not a biased person if you mess up you mess up its just the fact of the matter. lets recuperate and make sure the said scenario does not happen again.

Whenever dealing with a staff sit the reported party ends up disappearing, after review of the tab menu you see they're no longer on the server. What are your next steps?

I will go ahead and look for there steam ID then give them a constructive warning for LTAP, and then get with a higher rank to deal with any further punishment.

How would you handle a situation where you bring someone for FailRP and all they do is yell and or cuss at you?:

First i would try and help them deescalate the issue they are having, if they seem to have further issues with the circumstance, I would then mute them and explain to them what they did wrong. Than I would warn them formally or deal with that as the situation is required. Than I would return them but keep a close eye on them to ensure they do not proceed to Fail to follow community guidelines and policy's.
