Why do you wish to become a Command member?:

Id like to be able to contribute more to both jedi and special forces as Command. I would like to help bridge that gap between Jedi and SF allowing for more seamless and better cooperation between both forces allowing us to work better together and getting to know each other more.

If i get Kit Fisto i will work on having more activity's within SF and Jedi to allow for us to work better together and learn how to work together better through trainings, Sims and missions.

What are the duties of a Command member?:

First and foremost i believe once you take the position of command you must be able to hold any bias and any beef to yourself and keep your actions professional at all times while in this role.

Other duties include keeping things updated be it Roster, handbook, general updates to your battalion making sure everyone is informed and Meetings.
As command you set the standard which means you must hold not only yourself but those around you accountable, Make sure to enforce the rules and be unbiased when dealing with others.

You may also be given a sub unit to oversee it is up to you to help or lead it yourself if nobody is there to lead the sub unit, You will also be in charge of keeping it updated and active Making sure there are no inactive members and keeping things running within that specific area. Command is also in charge of promotions, demotions and Choosing their future command, You will also help all those around you be it enlisted or officer alike.

I believe as command you have to be able to take criticism well and keep a open mind to allow those around you to easily share their ideas with you so you can bring it up to your fellow command team to see whether or not its something good for the battalion as a whole.

Finally as command you are expected to help promote activity within your battalion and keep things moving, Be it hosting sims, missions and general activity's or showing others how to do so.

Why should we trust you with this position?:

I have been command before in the past as Jedi General Plo Koon and i am currently also a Gamemaster.
I believe trust should not be played with and i am trusted by many on this server so i will continue to be worthy of that trust and will not betray it.

Besides those reasons during my time as Plo i have tried my best to keep things running both within jedi and 104th, I actively recruited and plan activity's within both battalions not only that but i also included other battalions when possible and assisted others when ever possible.

I also know my limits if i believe i will be gone for a good amount of time id rather give up the position of command i hold and allow someone else take it so they may do something with it as i have done that already with Plo since i took a month long break from the server to focus on irl matters.

With that being said I know when its time to step down and have never abused my powers as command, I will always do my best and if i feel like i am not doing enough i will gladly step down to allow for others to take the position as i have done so in the past.
