Bug Title: Kill switch

Description of the bug:

When you kill bind and when your dead your able to switch jobs while dead and if you get revived by a medic you keep the same weaapons and everything from the last job so basically stacking 2 jobs

Ways to re-create bug:

Dont allow job switches while dead?

A fix has been put in that shouldn't allow people to be revived if they change jobs while dead. If you catch this message very early wait for a map switch for the changes to be put in.
