Why do you wish to become a Command member?:

There is a first time for everything, and becoming command member is one. I've spent a lot of time in 41st and grown quite attached to it. Since Vexin is going for gree and a promotion ceremony is coming up, i thought i'd give vice commander a try. I wanna contribute even more to my battalion, and i think one of the best way for me to help it improve and develop is by becoming a command member. I want other members of 41st to be able to rely on me and ask me questions and request changes if the rest of command is unavailable. I want to make sure that the 41st is a enjoyable and respected battalion. One last thing is that many people from the server really inspired me for trying out to be come a Command member, i would have probably not have gone for it if not for those people.

What are the duties of a Command member?:

The duties of a Command member is to lead their respective regiments along with the other command members making sure it functions properly.. They are to carry out changes and announce them to their respective battalion. Such changes could be weapon changes, roster updates, document updates, and much more. Communication play a key part in being a command member, to not just your High Command overseers, but also your Low Command, Officers, None Commissioned Officer, and Enlisted. They are to make sure rules are not broken, and carry out punishment to those who breaks said rules if it comes down to it.

Why should we trust you with this position?:

I've been quite dedicated to the 41st as off lately, tryout to be more activate throughout events. I try to listen to everyone's opinion and ask the right persons whenever i want a change to be made. I'm actively trying to improve as a leader, and prepared to take responsibility if needed. I am open to constructive criticism, trying to hear other's peoples opinion. I also value a persons wellbeing before anything else. If they have personnel or technical issues, i'm always open to hear them out. The wellbeing of my troops is my wellbeing. I really hope i'll be able to show more this side of me in the future. I want to put the discipline from my time in Rancor, and my leadership roles from 41st to good use. I hope you'll be able to trust me.
