What is your in-game name?: Mango/Bacara

What High Command Section are you applying for?: Marshal Commander

What experience do you have that is relevant for High Command (Command and High Command Ranks from current/past servers): Personally I have been Criminal Command along with an Officer in purge and naval on my previous server also including Management as a Superadmin. I've personally seen both sides of a server and understand how to come at things from different perspectives. I've wanted nothing more to experience high command. Working with different server sides from criminal and like the normal side and management has allowed me to grow and become better within my communities.

Why do you wish to become a High Command Member?: I want nothing but to help the server and any battalions I support in my terms. I have the will to be on in both game and discord to give support to the server and any battalions I'm overseeing. I've enjoyed my time on the server so far and want the chance to do better for others server wide. Create fun and give people a good time while they play here. Support battalions with their ideas to better their groups that also would benefit the server, given that opportunity I would do my best to push for any battalion. The server has given me a good place and the community is great and I would like to do nothing more but support it. I've personally been waiting for a full command team to apply. At this time I think I've done nothing more to prove myself for this position.

How much time do you have on the server?: I think like 516 hours

What are the duties of a High Command Member?: Determine that each soldier has received proper training in combat roles, role-playing procedures, and server mechanics. Make or update the battalion's SOPs and guidelines. Make choices regarding the general layout, regulations, and player growth of the server. Work with developers and server owners to distribute fresh content or changes. To preserve community health, RP quality, and order, follow the rules. Examine each battalion's operations, performance, and organization. Appoint new battalion commanders and their command staff must be established or approved.

Why should we trust you with this position?: I've been on the server for around 6 months now and personally believe that I've done nothing to show that I should not be trusted with this position. I've done more than what has been asked of me as a CMD member along with my time as an early player. I understand high command is a big responsibility but I've done quite a lot I feel and shown others that I am a trust worthy person of a position of this scale. I'm here for the betterment of the community. I believe I'm very trustworthy.

How often can you be online?: 4-5 Days a week for multiple hours
