Why are you looking to join the Staff Team and what can you bring to the team & community? I want to come back and help the community. I love this community so much and when i came back this has always been on my mind to be back in the staff team. When i was an Admin on this server it was great, i learnt lots of things like responsibility and knowing when to be serious and how to be serious in stressful times. Lastly what i can bring is my experience. I did quite a bit last time i was staff on this server but i feel like i can do more.

Whenever dealing with a staff sit the reported party ends up disappearing, after review of the tab menu you see they're no longer on the server. What are your next steps? I'd copy their steam id from logs and than warn them for LTAP. Than i'd ask a Senior Mod+ to ban them for 3 days.

How would you handle a situation where you bring someone for FailRP and all they do is yell and or cuss at you?: I would try my best to calm them down and supress the situation. But If they continue with their rant i will than mute them, talk to them about what they did, and finally i'd warn them verbally / formally or more depending on what they did. Lastly i'd return them.
