What is your activity like throughout the week?: about 4+ hours ish a day. I am on ROA right now so my activity will pick up. But i always try to be on.
Why should you be given a chance to join Junior Management?: I feel like i should be given a chance to join JMT because. I want to further exceed what i can do for this community and learn how to fix current problems and or issues with the server. I also want to become a JMT to be able help people out with their questions with the information that i will be able to be given once i become a JMT for e.g. Battalion additions, CC questions, and or harder questions that other lower ranking staff members will not be able to solve. If i do become a JMT i will be very dedicated to my position and try my best to fix any situation i come across. And last thing is that i just love this community and would do anything to keep it in good shape.
Provide three strengths that you posses which you’d bring to JMT which you’d use to benefit the Staff Team:
I am always open to criticism and learning what to do and not what to do. I also learn from my mistakes and benefit of them by improving my knowledge about whatever the topic of the issue is so i than know what to do next time something similar is occurring.
I am always dedicated to my duties whether its helping take tickets, warns, or bans. I am always onto it and try to get it done as quick as i can.
I always do my best to help people either in the server or discord and I'm always active on the discord to help deal with tickets and any problems that come across.
As a Superadmin if you see a Staff Member overusing curse words, being aggressive and overall providing subpar assistance, how would you go about dealing with that situation?: I would first see what the problem is with either DM'ing them or talking to them in a VC and either try talking to them about taking a break and letting them try to recollect themselves with either an ROA/LOA. I would than see what the problem they were dealing with was and try to help with fixing it. Once that is done i will constantly check in with the person until they have been well rested and have cooled themselves down.
What do you believe makes a quality Staff Member?:
Learning from your mistakes and improving further on from them.
Taking criticism well and knowing that you are likely to receive backlash from punishments.
Being dedicated and loyal to your status in staff and always trying your best no matter the cause.
Working with your other high ranking staff members to help solve either bugs, glitches, or anything that is harmful to the server.
Excusing other problems that you are dealing with IRL which would either make you mad, sad, or unfocused. These things can throw off your professionalism and either make you lash out at the person that needs help or overall not do a good job and provide sub-par assistance. Keeping your issues to yourself and calming yourself down is a crucial part with being a staff member because being calm, cooled, and collected will help you deal with any situation you come across, providing full assistance, and overall finding good solutions to the topic of the problem / question.
Overall keeping a good status and representation. Also always keeping a professional attitude and performance throughout being staff is a very important piece of being a staff member.
As a Superadmin you’ll have the responsibility of handing out punishments possibly resulting in backlash, would you be able to handle said responsibility?:
Yes
I am always open to feedback and backlash. I actually like getting it because it helps me improve me as a person and my status in Staff. I am always open minded to backlash and i know how to take it and than shape it into something that can help me improve myself.
Note: i know that i have only been an Admin for like a week at the time I've posted this but i seriously want to do my part in this community and help out as much as i can. And i do understand if i do get denied because ive been an Admin for not long enough.
