5- Why do you wish to become a 2LT?:

The reason why I’m applying it’s I have always loved being an Officer and it’s not because of the power the job gives but the passion we receive from working with your troopers, laughing, making them have fun and enjoying being in the battalion. That's why I always loved being an Officer and that’s why I’m applying for it and of course I want to make 41st one of the best battalions since it’s a battalion I always enjoyed being part of.

6- What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over other candidates?:

I have been playing Gmod for most 8 years or even more and most of the servers I have been in every position and characters in my time I RP.

I'm a peaceful and calm guy, respect everyone, I can be a fun person but when stuff goes wild and I need to be strict I always make people understand we have a line between fun and messing around, honest, always ready to hear any feedback if it's good or bad and fix it, when something happens will never pick anyone side until I hear both sides at least to understand and try helping both sides. 

I always listens to all feedback/criticism even if it’s bad or good to improve or change their way of command, behavior and any changes needed in the regiment, helps lowers ranks improving and being good soldiers and future example of officers and to the others in the regiment, always listen both sides of the stories in case something wrong in the battalion happens and treat everybody equal and never favoritism.  

I already had past experience in other servers like mentioned before. I know each specialization for each sub-division and how they should act in the battlefield. One of my specialties is giving direct and short orders/objectives and being direct instead of long ones cause it will make it more clear and not confusing.

When I'm in the battlefield I love having the comms/radio clear so when I see people start chatting or saying random dialogue instead of reporting important stuff I will shout and call their attention cause sometimes they cut people who they really have something important for the war and they get ignored.

Like I said before we can have fun times but when I need to be strict I don't think twice if I see someone having bad behavior and show a bad picture of the regiment I will talk first with the Officer team about punishing him and if needed report him to the high command to decide what to do with the player.

7- What is the job of a 2LT in the Battalion?:

They are an important part of the battalion. They need most of part motivate the NCO’s to do their tryouts and activities and making sure they log it correctly and do their quota to keep them tracked and being promoted with hard work and not only being one and doing nothing but instead having productive time and showing they want to progress and any problems, changes or ideas for the battalion any member of 41st haves I will be always available to listen and chat about it and most important always assist the new members (enlisted) with any question they have about 41st and train them to be good NCO’s in the future.


8- Why should you be trusted with 2LT?:
I always do my best in the 41st and show some activity from our battalion, I’m pretty active, always try to help the new recruits with any question from any battalions they have and I always try to recruit fresh member to our battalion so I believe I’m a trusted member from the 41st and I want to prove it I can do an amazing job with the 41st.
