Why do you wish to become a Command member?:

I wish to become a Council member to help implement meaningful changes within the Jedi Order. I have reworked aspects of Shadows that I felt needed improvement, and I believe I am ready to take the next step in my journey. My goal is to strengthen the Jedi as a whole. By doing so, I hope to increase overall Jedi activity, encourage more engaging RP moments, and help reduce burnout among current Council members by sharing the responsibility of fostering activity within the Order. I also want to continue supporting the 212th. Having been with them for some time, I have built connections with members within the 212th and I would like to keep running missions for them while also contributing to the growth and success of the Jedi.

What are the duties of a Command member?:

The duties of a Command member are to manage, communicate, and assist the battalion in maintaining cohesion. Effective communication ensures that everyone remains on the same page, and it is essential for Command members to represent the voices of enlisted and NCOs to support the overall health of the battalion. Strong leadership directly impacts mission success by ensuring that all members follow the orders of both Ground Command and their superiors within the regiment. Maintaining clarity and alignment helps prevent confusion and keeps events running smoothly. It is also important for Command members to ensure that Officers and NCOs properly train newer members. This reduces the risk of miscommunication and prevents issues both within and outside the battalion. Ultimately, a Command member is responsible for maintaining order, structure, and cohesion within the battalion.

Why should we trust you with this position?:

I believe I should be trusted with the role of Council member due to my experience within the Jedi Order and my consistent efforts to support its growth. I actively look for ways to create opportunities for Jedi to engage in meaningful activities, whether through organized events or passive opportunities while on base, ensuring there is always something to do. I have consistently trained younglings and guided them to becoming Padawans, helping lay the foundation for their development. Additionally, I have supported Jedi in learning the Wiltos system and guided them through the early stages of their journey toward becoming Jedi Knights. I also have a clear vision for the future of the Jedi. Rather than focusing primarily on PvP which I believe has contributed to a decline in Jedi engagement, I want to encourage a stronger emphasis on roleplay. By fostering more interaction within the temple and creating engaging RP opportunities, I believe we can revitalize the Jedi Order and bring it back to its former strength.
