I believe I should take on the role of Quinlan Vos because I want to help fill the void that has been left and restore Shadow to its former strength. Shadow has always had strong potential, and I see an opportunity to help guide it back to a place where it is thriving, organized, and respected. Having one of its advisors return would not only help provide stability, but also boost morale among current and future members by showing that there is active leadership invested in its success. I am fully committed to helping Shadow continue to improve, and I’ve already begun making contributions toward that goal. I believe leadership is not just about holding a title, but about consistently putting in the effort to support others, encourage growth, and maintain a positive and productive environment. Beyond that, I bring a strong sense of dedication and responsibility to anything I take on. I want to help create a space where members feel motivated, supported, and proud to be part of Shadow. By stepping into the role of Quinlan Vos, I would be in a better position to actively contribute to decision-making, mentorship, and overall development, ensuring that progress continues in a steady and impactful way.

(Required 100+ words): What sets me apart from other candidates is my full commitment to helping Shadow grow and continuously improve. As I mentioned earlier, I am not just interested in the position itself, but in the responsibility that comes with it and the impact I can make. My dedication to Shadow is reflected in the effort I have already put in and the initiative I continue to take to support its development. Ultimately, I believe my dedication, consistency, and willingness to actively contribute are what make me stand out. I am prepared to continue putting in the work needed to help Shadow thrive and reach its full potential.
What would be some of the things you would do as Cin Drallig/Quinlan Vos? (Required 100+ words): As Quinlan Vos, I would ensure that Shadow members receive specially tailored missions designed to keep them engaged, challenged, and actively contributing. I would also prioritize regular trainings to help maintain consistency, improve skills, and keep overall activity within Shadow at a high level. In addition, I want to support the Jedi as a whole by increasing roleplay opportunities and overall engagement. This could be achieved by hosting missions more frequently throughout the week, as well as organizing classes and training sessions that go beyond just combat. While combat is an important aspect, I believe roleplay can sometimes be overlooked, and I want to help bring a better balance between the two. By introducing more classes and structured RP-focused activities, I aim to create an environment where members can develop their characters, stay immersed, and remain consistently active. My goal is to ensure that both Shadow and the Jedi Order thrive through a balance of engaging missions, meaningful roleplay, and ongoing development.
