Why do you wish to become a 2LT?: I’d really like to take on more responsibility and find additional ways to contribute. I’m especially interested in helping NCOs or enlisted members who may be having difficulties, as well as hosting more patrols or simulations

What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over other candidates?: I stay active every night, to ensure medic is available. I take pride in being someone others can count on and willing to step in and help where needed. I'm eager to take on more responsibility and continue growing within the role.

What is the job of a 2LT in the Battalion?: help train lower-ranking medical personnel, including NCOs and enlisted members, in areas such as surgeries and routine checkups. I also want to ensure everyone remains respectful and follows proper SOP at all time and hosting patrols and simulations for Medical and everyone as well as making announcements when Medical is low on personnel or when a event is going to happen

Why should you be trusted with 2LT?:I really enjoy roleplaying with other members of Medical and would enforce SOP rules when necessary. I’m eager to both lead and assist ill ensuring the team stays organized and effective
