Next Battalion

not a clone battalion, we dont need another nor any in the future.

but if we do get another battalion, i say we get something non republic and more on the neatrual side, definitley not the pirates of course, i say something like a mercenary guild that would have a contract with the republic and works with them, and they would be in their own little area like some sort of camp or in any cities/villages, but they would still need to ask to be on base despite having a contract to work with them.

and another thing is one way to join them could be maybe a civilian job cause lets be honest, CT in mercenary tryouts makes no sense and is a long walk. though this is just an idea and again this is hypothetical but if we do ever get a battalion i rather we get something like this with a low cap that counts as a second life.

My issue with Gramps idea is we already tried the criminal/pirate job and it turned into a pvp meme fest pretty quickly, I see a merc job go the same way just based on how the community is.

If we added a new clone battalion I think 187th (Mace Windus battalion) would be a cool fit, imagine seeing windu followed into battle by purple armored clone troopers.

The Criminal/Pirate stuff was poorly implemented. As someone who is VERY against how pirates were and have been very vocal about it, IF properly implemented, it could potentially work however at the moment we are far off seeing anything get added again.

That being said, if we are to get anyone, I'd personally want to see either Doom Unit or The Mustard Boys.
