Why do you wish to become a 2LT?:
I want to assist the battalion in being more active as well as help the current command team to deal with sudden loss of our command. I want to be a piler that helps keep the 41st on top and keep them from causing problems.
What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over other candidates?:
I have experience as an officer seeing as I am one in medical. I am willing to assist when asked however I am not that great at Sims. I will send out announcements and push NCO's to do tryouts.
What is the job of a 2LT in the Battalion?:
To assist those in Low command+ as well ass show what the Ncos and enlisted need to do. I will help keep them in line and only goof around to an extent. I am not afraid to dish out punishments if they break our SOP. I will keep in contact with the command team and report any possible problematic people we could have down the line.
Why should you be trusted with 2LT?:
I believe I have enough experience as well as am very active and willing to do what's needed to keep the battalion as active and fun as possible. I will be lienent towards those who have made mistakes by accident but hard on those who know they have done some dumb shit.
