Why do you wish to become a 2LT?: I wish to become a 2LT as I want to take the next step within rancor and extend my ability to help my lower ranks, being an officer would help me to do this, secondly I want to become an officer to get more of a say in changes to Rancor and would help me give the lower ranks a voice. Secondly I also want to become more involved in the training of new recruits and also the training of NCO's. Lastly being an officer would also allow me to help take pressure off the command team of Rancor and allows me to help wherever possible.

What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over other candidates?: I believe my experience helps in this regard as I have been an officer for many battalions, such as Jedi, Medical and Naval and I have also been command previously as Kit Fisto and I am currently Ki-Adi Mundi, Lastly I have also been Mace Windu which is a High Command Position. I believe these experiences help distinguish me from any other candidates, If I am to compete with them, Secondly I also am the most active NCO and have shown that I am reliable and can help and take pressure of the command teams.

What is the job of a 2LT in the Battalion?: The job of a 2LT is to help deal with small, day to day problems that command and low command dont need to deal with, it is also a 2LT's job to help take pressure off of the command and low command teams and help out where needed, it is also a 2LT duties to learn from their higher up superiors to help improve themselves, I also believe a 2LT's job is to help give the lower ranks a voice and help lead change in the battalion. Lastly a 2LT's job is to help answer any inquiries given by the lower ranks and also show leadership wether its by Ground Command or hosting sims.

Why should you be trusted with 2LT?: I should be trusted with 2LT as I have shown in the past that I can be trusted and am very reliable. Secondly I also believe I can be trusted because I have been in these types of positions before, I am also currently not involved and havent been involved in any major drama's on the server. I have also shown that I can be mature and cool-headed in situations which require it which is an essential component of being an officer. Lastly I believe I should be trusted as I have shown in my previous positions that I can do a good job of being an officer and help the lower ranks.
