How many hours do you have on the server?: 198
Why do you wish to become a 2LT?: I have been a CSM for a couple weeks and I like watching 212th grow and I want to help keep its growth and progression. 212th is a lot of fun and I wish to help keep it going in that direction. I actively participate almost every day with events as well as any sims and passive role play available.
What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over other candidates?: I have been a CSM for over 2 weeks now and during that time I have watched how my officers have handled certain issues in the battalion as well as how the leadership has affected the members of the community around them. I wish to continue improving as a leader within the battalion as well as providing good experiences for the players amongst other battalions.
What is the job of a 2LT in the Battalion?: Create unique trainings and provide leadership and stability to NCO's and Enlisted alike. As well as providing help whenever needed from all ranks within the 212th. Providing good advertisement for the battalion to bring in new CT's as well as other members of the community so they view 212th in a good light.
Why should you be trusted with 2LT?: In my 198 hours on the server I have 0 strikes and have broken no rules. I'm an active role player who is on near daily. I have been a senior NCO for 3 weeks now and I have not abused my rank. I have been a pilot for almost a month and am trusted to provide air support, bombing runs, and trooper transport all while not abusing that power with spawning vehicles for anyone or mass rdming. I feel all these things are why I can be trusted with 2LT.
