1. What is your in-game name?:
Oreo
2. What is your current rank?:
SFC
3. What is your SteamID (not 64)?:
STEAM_0:0:860041825
4. How many hours (!time in-game to check) do you have on the server?:
93 Hours
5. Why do you wish to become an Officer in the 21st?:
I want to become an officer of the 21st because I think it would be a great learning experience and a chance for me to grow as a leader. I want to help train and guide the people in the 21st and make sure we work well together as a team. It would mean a lot to have the responsibility of leading a group and helping them become a strong, disciplined unit.
6. What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over the other candidates?:
I am qualified because I'm a fast learner, I can take any experience and shift it into a learning experience for my men. And I am able to show up most of the time because I'm really active. I'm also more qualified because I have a lot of knowledge in the 21st and how it works. I will be able to help any soldier if he needs help finding a battalion or if they just need to ask something. Since I'm there a lot I will be an easy officer for men with questions to contact.
7. What is the job of an Officer in the battalion?:
An officer’s job is to lead their soldiers and make sure everyone knows what they’re supposed to do. They help plan missions, give orders, and keep the unit organized. Officers also make sure discipline is maintained and that everyone follows the rules of the regiment. Basically, they’re responsible for keeping the soldiers prepared, focused, and ready for whatever the mission requires.
8. Why should you be trusted with being an Officer?:
I should be trusted with being an Officer because I take responsibility seriously and always try my best to stay disciplined and focused. When I’m given a job, I follow through, and people can count on me to show up and put in the effort. I respect the rules, I work well with others, and I try to set a good example. I know being an Officer is a big responsibility, and I’m ready to earn that trust by working hard and staying committed to the 21st.
