Why do you wish to become a Command member?:

I want to become a member of the Jedi Council because I am very motivated to help make changes inside the Jedi Order and assist in duties within my assigned battalion which would be shock. I am very excited to work with the other council members to make Jedi move more forward into a great era. While being a regular member in the Jedi I have seen multiple flaws that I would like to fix with fellow council members and bring ideas to the table. Oh and working with the lower ranking members more openly to bring their ideas into the council. I would really like to give Padawans and Knights more things to do and hopefully some new training to assist in their growth in the server. Overall I want to put forth my hand in helping the Jedi order as a whole grow.

On the regimental side of the job I plan on working with every single member of shock not just Shock command but its NCOs and Enlisted, just all together everyone. I want to become a great Jedi Advisor to them and be the bridge between Jedi and Shock. If im able i would invite them to jedi missions if the host and the GM permits it and outside of Missions i want to assist in training new people of shock on how shock works such as Interrogation, Police RP, Investigating ect.

How much time do you have on the server?:

Almost 300 hrs i believe 

What are the duties of a Command member?:

The duties of a command member is to manage, communicate, and assist in the gears of a battalion/section through communicating with members of that section because communication and being a voice for Enlisted and NCOs is key to a better unit. Having good communications also helps you greatly in other aspects in being a command member such as managing missions and training for your unit and briefing them correctly. Being a Command member also means you are going to lead effectively during missions and not just lead missions but lead by example.

Command is also in charge of assisting and making sure NCOs and its officers are training newer unit members correctly and not giving them really bad trainings that with either fuck the member or cause damange to the Unit. Just all together keeping order inside the unit is also a command member's job.

Why should we trust you with this position?:

Since joining the Jedi I have spent most of my time doing something to help benefit the order as a whole. Currently I have been hosting Knight Trials, Tryouts, and promoting Knights and Padawans. I have also been showing Knights on how to host a Jedi Tryout if they ever wanted to tryout a youngling. But besides hosting events i have already pitched ideas and suggestions around in the Order that i have saw that needed fixing or suggestions that I forward up to council from Padawans and Knights, I plan on continuing to do so.

Im on quite alot ngl, like almost 4 hrs every day
