Why do you wish to Become a 2LT?:

I wish to become a 2LT to help more within shock they currently possess no officer corps to advise the NCO's within shock or to help alleviate the stress that command has to deal with within work for the battalion, it's more to help out the battalion than for any personal reason.

What makes you qualified to become a 1lt over other Candidates?:

I have experience being low command within Jedi and an officer within 41st, I believe my experience with being a prior officer within other battalions makes me more qualified than someone with no prior experience as an officer. If they have the same amount or more experience than myself I'd recommend them to be an officer instead of myself.

What is the job of a 2LT In the Battalion?:

Help the battalion by leading whenever there isn't any command on during a mission.
Deal with minor issues that can be dealt with by non-command members like questions about the battalion.
Help the NCOs who are struggling into the best version of themselves they can be.
Teaching the new NCOs to be able to do tryouts and lead the enlisted on missions and finally preparing them to be more than ready to enter the officer corps when the time comes.
I apologize if I am confusing some duties with that of low command but this is my view of an officer, "Teach the next in line to be as ready as they can to lead even when we are gone".

Why should you be trusted with 2LT?:

I have shown not to fool around when it comes to my duties within shock, I will not falter in my duties even as an officer.
