3. Why would you like to become a Gamemaster Coordinator?

I would like to become the Next GMC Because I like to help and support this servers activity. As the Rank of GMC it would allow for me to host and plan larger events that hopefully will increase the activity during the peak times of the server. I have a few plans for Mega's and other campaign based events that would be amplified with the powers this rank grants. Beyond that I would like to help train the newer ranked GM's and act as somewhat of an outreach from the GM side of things. On top of that I Know that I Will try my darndest to help improve both the players voice when it comes to events, and what GM's are able to do both Rule wise, and other wise.

4. If accepted the position what can you bring to the table as a Gamemaster Coordinator?

I have been playing Garry's mod for around 4-5 years now, On top of that I have been running as a Game master, both in GMOD and not, for around 3 Years now. I believe that my storytelling / story crafting experience would help bring about some new interesting storylines on this server. On Top of that I have been trying and learning new ways of spawning droids and using Props and such to increase the experience players have through visual storytelling.

5. If you see anyone using their powers off duty as in spawning stuff, freezing people, or arresting people (the job doesn’t come with an arrest stick) how would you respond if it was the first time?

The First time that this happens would result in either a marked down verbal warning instead of a strike since a first time offence usually does not warrant that unless it is something truly heinous that they are using their GM powers to do. More or less what I would do is DM and or Message them that we need to talk privately and I would explain to them what they did wrong, the rules around it, and that generally they are not supposed to be doing that. At the same time I would inform the other higher ranking GM's to keep an eye on them for future offense so we can see if they are a Repeat offender or not.
5a. From the previous question, what if the same stuff happened multiple times in the past, how would you proceed?
This is things I deal with as command already, If they are a repeat offender depending on what they are doing it would normally result in a formal form of punishment such as a demotion or a strike. Like I said before, DM's or VC so it does not become a public shaming for breaking the rules, and explain to them what they have done wrong, and why we cannot do said thing. After that I would fill out the proper information and put the strike on the roster. Depending on how hard it can go it could result in a harder strike and or result if they are a repeat offender of this type of action, as stated above.
6. A Gamemaster is having a crappy event, What would you do and say??
I would tell them this, not every event is a massive success, but all events no matter the quality serve as a learning device. you may be having a bad event now be it from things you have done or things out of your control but instead of feeling down about it, use it as a stepping stone to improve your events in the future. How would I help them, depends on the issue, if they are getting overwhelmed I would offer support in what they are doing, be it spawning droids or just generally helpings with pacing. If its not this I would try my darndest to help them back on track any way I can. After the event I would more then likely send the to the Guides channel and the Guides part of the Handbook in an attempt to show them new things they can do both to improve the quality of there events AND help them sharpen there skills.
