# e8TZ2iZS-gOiSeW1What is your in-game name?: Fury
What rank are you applying for?: Shaak Ti
What regiment are you applying for?: I’m already a regimental medic jedi
Why do you wish to become a Command member?: I want to become a command member because I like to help support others and make sure things run smoothly. While I may not see myself as the strongest leader, I am dependable, organized, and willing to learn. I believe I can contribute to the command team by listening to others, helping solve problems, and ensuring everyone feels included. My goal is to serve the community and help it continue to grow in a positive direction.
How much time do you have on the server?: 177h
What are the duties of a Command member?: As a command member, my responsibility will be to oversee and lead my battalion. Which means I need to stay as active on both the server and in discord as I can when I’m not on LOA. I need to keep my battalion growing and motivated by promoting members when their cool downs are up, recruiting new troops, and making sure everyone has something to work on. I should run trainings, simulations, and tasks to keep troops engaged and prepared for events and deployments, as well as hold weekly meetings to share updates and information. Beyond my own battalion, I’m also expected to work with other command members to maintain good relationships between battalions and ensure the server runs smoothly as a whole.
As low command, my role would be to set an example for lower ranks, lead troops during events, and help keep activity levels up. I should support my battalion’s command team, attend command meetings when possible, step in when higher-ups aren’t present, and help organize or run tryouts with NCOs. I’m also expected to keep an eye on those who deserve recognition and promotions, since my actions directly reflect on the reputation and strength of my battalion.
Why should we trust you with this position?: You should trust me with this position because I am dependable, fair, and willing to learn. While I admit I haven’t always been as active as I would like due to real life responsibilities and health problems, when I am on the server I give my full effort to supporting others, keeping things running smoothly, and representing my battalion well. I believe trust isn’t just about being present all the time, but it’s also about being consistent, responsible, and setting the right example when you are present. I want to continue improving my activity while showing that I can be counted on to handle this role with respect and dedication.
How often can you be online?: I try to be on for a few hours 2-4 times in a week
Do you have any warns?: No
