Why are you looking to join the Staff Team and what can you bring to the team & community? Frosty was always a great guy and staff member of Gaming light. I enjoyed my time there with him on the team. When I found out he made his own sever i had to hop on and offer and hand. I enjoy doing Staff duties its something I just kind of like to take reasonability for.

Whenever dealing with a staff sit the reported party ends up disappearing, after review of the tab menu you see they're no longer on the server. What are your next steps? This is situational. If it something series like Slurs, MRDM, ERP/ explicit images or text. I would Deliver them with a Ban. For how long tho depends on your Guide lines you guys have set up here. If it was for something Minor. I would give a warning and write their name and steam ID in my note book to ask them if they meant to leave or if it was a crash, the next time I see them. Banning should be used as a last resort.

How would you handle a situation where you bring someone for FailRP and all they do is yell and or cuss at you?: I would gag the member. Take control of the situation let them know what they are doing is wrong and is going to get them into deeper trouble, and deliver justice. I will than let the have one final chance to speak to see if they calmed down or not. FailRP not really banable depending how its done. I don't see this server as a strict life or death type of RP.

NOTE: I know I have stated this before; However I would like to just reforge this. I am in the Arm services so somtimes things come up last minute. Which are out of my control.
