Why are you looking to join the Staff Team and what can you bring to the team & community? Why Am I looking to join? I would like to join so that I may be able to help any Player New or Old with making their gameplay experience a Little bit more better and to prevent any breakage of the rule's which may possibly effect a player's experience or fun.
What can I bring to the Team and Community? I can bring a helpful hand to the Community by being there to help with any Ticket involving RDM, or any Issue's with gameplay if need be. And for The Team I can bring an active staff member as I want to dedicate my time to be able to make people feel safer while their time within Frost Bite Gaming. and make the Community a Little more better including the Staff Team.
Whenever dealing with a staff sit the reported party ends up disappearing, after review of the tab menu you see they're no longer on the server. What are your next steps?
I would go to find their ID/Account and Give them a Warning for LTAP and then proceed to give a 3 Day Ban to the person who committed the LTAP. And if they had been RDMing or any other offense I would warn them for it as well depending on which rule's they have broken may require a Longer Ban Time.
How would you handle a situation where you bring someone for FailRP and all they do is yell and or cuss at you?: I would attempt my best to try Calm them down to be able to speak to them and inform them why they have been brought to the Sit Room, If that did not work then I would warn them for Disrespect to Staff and Warn them for the FailRP Once proof of this action has been given and or Found and Move to Warn them for NITRP and continuation of this action through the Sit will Lead to a 3 Day Ban due to them not wishing to remain and continue their RP action's and want to Cuss and or Yell at me for simply trying to explain Why their here and what they did.
