1. What is your in-game name?: Sick

2. What is your current rank?:
SFC

3. What is your SteamID (not 64)?:
STEAM_0:1:519424480

4. How many hours (!time in-game to check) do you have on the server?:
1w 1d 2h 12m (194 hours)

5. Why do you wish to become an Officer in the 21st?:
I'm dedicated to growing this battalion, as it is there aren't many active members expect for a few I see in comms every day, or every other day. I wanna have 21st as one of the biggest, and active battalions on the server, and I thought becoming an officer would help that happen, because I'd be able to work closer with the command.

6. What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over the other candidates?:
I've worked very closely with other officers in other servers like Icefuse, so I have an understanding of what Officers do on the daily, and with the battalion. My dedication, and activity is also a factor I'm able to be on most of the day, usually daily so I'll be able to host tryouts, help out NCOs with their tryouts, and just answer any battalion specific questions people have.

7. What is the job of an Officer in the battalion?:
The job of an Officer is to assist old, and new NCOs understand their tasks to do daily, or weekly with tryouts, or SIMs. To make sure NCOs are properly taking care of the enlisted, and doing their tryouts correctly without giving the trainee too much leniency during it, although some is welcome. Officers of course like NCOs are tasked with daily tryouts to meet their quota, and assisting with recruitment to some of the sub-units we have such as Grenadier by working closely with Sharp for recommendations, or talking directly to Keller for recruitment into his Unit by recommending NCOs that stand out, and would be fit. ARC is the same way speaking to the 21st ARC lead. Officers also help by talking directly with command on suggesting new things, or giving their own take on matters.

8. Why should you be trusted with being an Officer?:
I should be trusted, because when it comes down to it I have some experience, and the knowledge to be a 2LT, or Officer. I have worked closely with Officers as mentioned before in Icefuse, and was very close to becoming one in said servers. I've asked questions about being an Officer, and I feel like I'm fit to be able to lead the NCOs and Enlisted to greatness as one of the battalions Officers. I will be serious, but also lenient at times listen to any, and all complaints within, or outside of the battalion, and go up CoC to inform others of them. Discuss the action that must be taken with them, confirm it, then do it. I have the dedication to the battalion that I will work to make it one of the greatest, and to keep it that way.

+1 Plus support

My crayon eating brethren has been in the 21st since he came to this server. Has proven himself time and time again that he would be capable of an officer position. With his crayons by his side, he will make this regiment that much better. Thus, why he is receiving a +1 from me.
