Why do you wish to become a command member?

I wish to join the Command team because I am deeply committed to the 104th and its growth. Even prior to my retirement, my goal was to reach a position where I could mentor others and help guide the battalion's direction. Now that I am back, I want to provide dedicated support to VCMDR Caleb and the rest of the 104th. My goal is to be a reliable hand in managing the day-to-day operations and ensuring that every member of the 104th feels supported and capable of performing their duties.

What are the duties of a command member?

The duties of a command member include administration and observation. For example, ensuring troops work at the expected level and keeping and updating important documents such as the SOP and the roster. Furthermore, they have to keep in mind and decide who deserves promotions and also handle punishments for troops if they are disrespectful or misbehave.

Why should we trust you with this position?

I believe I can be trusted as VCMDR because of my genuine passion for the 104th. I have experience as an officer and have proven myself to be a reliable member of the 104th and the community around it. I have genuinly good intentions for the 104th as the Current VCMDR can confirm and i wish to guide the 104th too Better and Stronger RP and to generaly get the Activity up again.

How often can you be online?

Normally like 3-4 hours daily depending on how my work is scheduled.
