Why do you wish to become a 2LT?:

I wish to become a Second Lieutenant in the 104th because I want to help grow and build a battalion that can not only be considered one of the best but also sustain itself, especially when summer hits. My goals as an Officer would be to introduce new forms of roleplay for my battalion and, more importantly, for the server. Being a Second Lieutenant would allow me the power to be a proper role model for this server, Discord, and the forums. I want to push for more activity not only on the server but also on Discord and the forums, because the server feels a bit stale and dead, and many groups/battalions resort to cliques to entertain themselves. And while I think that is okay, I want to create an environment where everyone can contribute to making this server unique.

What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over other candidates:

What makes me more qualified than most candidates is not just my 5+ years of command-level experience, but also my experience as an executive high command member and a former management member. I understand that my former positions likely mean nothing to people, especially my command, when making a decision on my application. I have within my own marits that I am an extremely dedicated member of the 104th cause, and will work to help my battalion succeed, even if it means advancing in rank. Even with the time that I have spent as an NCO, I have proven more than enough that I can be a dependable member of my battalion. Lastly, and what I feel is most important, I am one of the most active members of this server on Discord and the forums. What creates great potential in people is their ability to show commitment to the server even when they are not on Gmod.

What is the job of a 2LT in the Battalion?:

The job of a Second Lieutenant is both very complicated and simple. For one, all officers are expected to meet quota and lead battalion activities on the server if they are the highest rank. Where this job gets complicated is where I hope to best expand my abilities. Officers, in general, should work as a team to help foster the abilities of those under them, teaching NCOs how to become the next great officer, teaching enlisted the ropes, and being a leader for all. 

Why should you be trusted with 2LT?:

With 4 years of playtime and about 4,000 hours in Frostbite Networks, along with many more hours of server work. I have held some of the highest positions on this server, being trusted with critical server functions, and because of this, I feel I have proven more than enough that I can be a trusted person. This server has been a big part of my life, and I want to use my abilities in my current position to help keep it popping!
