What is your activity like throughout the week?: I am on almost everyday helping everyone and doing everything I can to make this server a fun and safe place for everybody.

Why should you be given a chance to join Management?:
I have been an active member of Frostbite since the beginning and have dedicated so much of my time to help out this server and its players. I joined staff all the way back in February of 2024 and made my way up to SuperAdmin and I believe I'm ready for the next step up in staff. I have almost 3 months worth of playtime on this server alone and I wanna continue being a role model for not just other staff but for all the new players as a whole. I am extremely dedicated and motivated to continue doing my job and to show everyone I'm here to stay. I promise to do everything in my power to continue working hard and to make sure this server lasts for years to come.

Provide three strengths that you posses which you’d bring to Management which you’d use to benefit the Staff Team:
I can bring Leadership, Dedication, and Determination. These skills have been with me for multiple years on not only Frostbite but many other servers as well. I will continue to make sure these skills are passed down to new future Staff members and to continue evolving and upgrading these skills. I know I can still learn a lot more and I'm willing to learn more from my superiors and fellow staff members and to teach some new things to them as well.

As a HeadAdmin if you see a Staff Member overusing curse words, being aggressive and overall providing subpar assistance, how would you go about dealing with that situation?:
I would try to calm them down by asking them to take deep breaths and explain to me the situation so I can help them with the problem they are having. Once the problem has been dealt with I will pull them aside and not get angry at them but explain to them we can't be losing our cool like that. We are here to set an example and to be role models for our fellow players and next time to call for assistance to help out with any situations they might find to be to difficult for them to handle. We need to be professional and to set the standard.

What do you believe makes a quality Staff Member?: A quality staff member needs to be professional and not let their anger or frustration get to them. They need to be mature and to understand they are role models for the players of the server and can't slip up. Any slip up can cause a lot of problems and they need to be able to handle any tough tasks that get thrown at them. They need to be Active and Dedicated and to always be ready for any situation that needs to be handled and to keep the server safe to help it grow.

As Management you’ll have the responsibility of handing out punishments possibly resulting in backlash, would you be able to handle said responsibility?: Yes I can, I've been handling it since February of last year and I know I can continue doing so.
