Why are you looking to join the Staff Team and what can you bring to the team & community? Love the server and I've come a long way since i joined, i wish to help the server with day to day staffing. I would GM but i cant think of events. I know a lot of people see me as a jokester and whatnot but ive changed a lot from when i first joined the server. I can bring my experience from my old servers, I'll just need to go through a refresher and catch back up on commands after 4 years of not doing it.

Whenever dealing with a staff sit the reported party ends up disappearing, after review of the tab menu you see they're no longer on the server. What are your next steps? You give them the LTAP warning then ban them for 3 days per the staff handbook.

How would you handle a situation where you bring someone for FailRP and all they do is yell and or cuss at you?:
You give them a Verbal warn but if they continue it will eventually lead up to a 3 day ban if not longer if the situation deems it so by higher ups. and depending on the level of FailRP they will receive the punishment for that too if it results in a warning, kick, or ban.
