# Ki7LFDd_IRR_b2_vBefore reading my application, I’m not expecting to get a response on this application for 1-2 months I need to work on a few more things before I would become Gamemaster Director, I have posted this because if people want to -support please do so and put a reason for it, I wish to read them and learn if I have anything else I need to work on, if you don’t few comfortable posting it here and want to do it anonymous please feel free to dm me or send a message to jabronie or Noah so they can relay it to me and your name will be kept anonymous.
Also, I take being a gm very serious it’s something I love doing and I love doing big events i will continue to push gms in the best direction even if I don’t get GMD.

3. Why would you like to become GMD?
with recent times I feel I’ve shown improvement in the areas that I’ve been told I need to work on, along with that I strive and continue to push Gamemasters in the best positive direction, I wish to become GMD to continue to enforce the rules and strive to make gms serious, The Server is Semi serious but gms need to be serious when hosting events, along with this GMs need to be shown what to do and what not to do when it comes to spawning stuff, giving themself items, and enforcing not to use powers off duty, which includes using physguns on players and or friends.
I think that as GMD I can actively show gms what to do and what not to do which I already do, the job as a GMD is not just to keep GMs in line but also act as a role mode for players and Gamemasters alike.
4. If accepted the position what can you bring to the table as a GMD?
I can bring my experience as GMC and experience from the past back when I owned a Server and Helped other servers Dev and create Teams,
I can bring my experience from doing Doc work in battalions and I can keep the Handbook and the Roster updated as fast as possible, I will be active and strive for the best GMs can do and help out the newer GMs on anything and everything they need help with!
(Yes this is a copy of my first application because it still applys)
As well I can bring my ideas of how put gms in the best possible position and figuring out what gms can do, what they need.
I can bring my unbiased attention to the gm team and allow myself to get all sides of something before immediately assuming the worst, I have in the past been known to jump to conclusions which I have been working on and being more tame, I have talked with both pixel and management about what I need to work on to get myself in the position of aiming for Gamemaster Director again.
5. If you see anyone using their powers off duty as in spawning stuff, freezing people, or arresting people (the job doesn’t come with an arrest stick) how would you respond if it was the first time?
They will be given a Verbal warning and a firm talking to about not doing this kind of stuff and they will need to be watched.
As my response to this hasn’t changed I felt there was no need to reword it from my last application, the staff / GM in question would get a written warning on the Roster or Ingame Notes.
5a. From the previous question, what if the same stuff happened multiple times in the past, how would you proceed?
They will be given a Strike and possibly demotion or removal if it continues to happen.
The Gamemaster in question as stated before would get a strike and or demotion, as I see it now removal wouldn’t be immediately on the table, unless the gm has a large history of abuse and this is what crosses the line for removal, in accordance with the GM Handbook they should not be acting as staff at all without GM Managements permission, following this the GM is allowed to use the !jail command and set a certain time for the player until a staff member or GMC+ can get on and deal with the possible minge or player.
6. A Gamemaster is having a crappy event, What would you do and say??
I would join the chat they are in and ask them if they need any help and suggest them what they could do to help them out, and check to make sure they are ok and managing just fine if not ill give them my insight of what they could do.
Same answer as before but I’ll add more.
I have some experience and having to help and or take over someone’s event, some people have bad days and a event might’ve not gone the way it was suppose to and so the GM in question is getting stressed out unsure of what to do, I’ll first calm them down and ensure that they are not in any trouble and help guide them back on track and or assist in the event, taking over someone’s else’s event should be the last thing I need to do and will only happen in dire situations, I have learned that taking over a event can make the gm feel like they did something wrong rather than attempting to help them understand how they need to push through and keep the event going.
