1. In-Game Name: Vexin 2. Server / Staff Rank: GMC 3. Why would you like to become GMD? Because as GMC I feel as I've done my best as GMC in properly pushing GMs in the Right direction. I am currently working on a few things for GMs to give them some more stuff to use and More Lore characters to be used during events and Storylines to be used more rather than just random events, which random events are fun but I feel as if People need a Storyline rather than just the same stuff over and over again! I would like to become GMD to continue to push GMs in the best direction it can be and let GMs have fun just as other people on the server as GMs are players too just ones that can help with RP and creating events, as GMs are the backbone of RP in almost anyway . 4. If accepted the position what can you bring to the table as a GMD? I can bring my experience as GM and experience from the past back when I owned a Server and Helped other servers Dev and create Teams, I can bring my experience from doing Doc work in battalions and I can keep the Handbook and the Roster updated as fast as possible, I will be active and strive for the best GMs can do and help out the newer GMs on anything and everything they need help with! 5. If you see anyone using their powers off duty as in spawning stuff, freezing people, or arresting people (the job doesn’t come with an arrest stick) how would you respond if it was the first time?
They will be given a Verbal warning and a firm talking to about not doing this kind of stuff and they will need to be watched. 5a. From the previous question, what if the same stuff happened multiple times in the past, how would you proceed? They will be given a Strike and possibly demotion or removal if it continues to happen. 6. A Gamemaster is having a crappy event, What would you do and say?? I would join the chat they are in and ask them if they need any help and suggest them what they could do to help them out, and check to make sure they are ok and managing just fine if not ill give them my insight of what they could do. 7. Any warnings? (Staff/GM/Server Strikes)
-Support There are many reasons why I have chosen to -support this application, sooo here we go.
One of the key roles of a GMD is to be a good example for other GMs to follow. In my experience, Vexin occasionally struggles with being respectful and often can be condescending, especially when receiving feedback. A GMD must be able to accept criticism constructively, without taking it personally, and then use that feedback to improve themselves and the team. This quality is critical in a leadership role, where you'll be required to make difficult decisions, mediate issues, and support your team in high-pressure situations.
A core part of the GMD role is mentoring and assisting GMs, especially when they’re running events that aren't going as planned. I have for sure seen Vexin support GMs but I feel there’s still room for growth in actually executing that support in an effective way. I've witnessed situations where struggling GMs did not receive the guidance they needed. A GMD should be proactive in identifying when a GM is having a rough time and step in as a mentor.
One of my larger concerns involves how events are currently being approached. I often find Vexin’s events to be rigid and overly scripted, with limited flexibility for player agency. While structured storylines are important I think, they should never come at the cost of organic, player-driven roleplay. Gamemasters should treat events as interactive narratives, not reenactments. A good event has room for improvisation, adapts to player actions, and encourages creativity from the community. Too often, I’ve seen players feel boxed into a storyline with no opportunity to meaningfully affect the outcome. This limits immersion and diminishes the fun.
As a GMD, it's important to lead by example in encouraging fluid, responsive RP scenarios where player decisions matter. If Vexin is serious about applying for this role, I’d like to see a shift in event philosophy—one that emphasizes adaptability, collaborative storytelling, and dynamic interaction.
Vexin clearly has potential and a strong desire to contribute, but I believe more time and experience are needed before stepping into a directorial position. Improving professionalism, learning to handle criticism constructively, better supporting GMs under pressure, and embracing more flexible, player-driven event design will be big steps into changing my opinion.
I want to make this very clear as some people don't understand how constructive criticism works. This is not an attack on Vexin's character, this is simply my opinion from my own experience with them as a gamemaster. I'm sure others will feel that what I have said doesn't fit their view of Vexin and I completely understand that.

Massive +Support, as someone who has spent alot of time around vexing I can attest to his dedication and love for all things GM. He has shown himself time and time again to be more than capable of what are in my opinions the two main features of a GMD, great events and dedicated leadership.
Vexin is one of the most funny people out there. he is fair but also strict.
As a GMC he was always strict to when it was needed but also as a SGM he has proven himself over and over that with pushing the playerbase but not to much it can still be fun when being pressured into a overwhelming force.
Other then that Vexin's events are sometime weird but understanding as the vibe they have is sometimes so chaotic it turns into some silly and that is what most people enjoy
Even though he left 41st (for good intension) he is also a great GMC and pushes us GMs' to do more, which in the end GMD it will increase his reputation and he always cares about everyone.
To all units across the battlefield and beyond, let it be known that Vexin is an outstanding individual—one of the finest I’ve seen lead with purpose and drive. In the darkest hours, when others falter, he stands tall, guiding troops and lifting spirits. He doesn’t just give orders—he leads by example, charging through chaos to bring order, always ready to help those in need, no matter the cost.
I have seen men break under pressure, but not Vexin. He holds the line, keeps morale strong, and reminds us what it means to be soldiers—brothers and sisters in arms. If there’s a hill to take or a cause to fight for, know that Vexin will be at the front, and I’ll be right there behind him.
You have my full support, Vexin.

This guy helped me when i was a GM. He was a supportive guy in my opinion and always tried his best. I feel like he could push GM into a good direction and make sure its future is better than ever. Overall he deserves this position.
