What is your in-game name?:

Commodore Tarkin (Zane)

What High Command Section are you applying for?:

Naval High Command (Admiral)

What experience do you have that is relevant for High Command (Command and High Command Ranks from current/past servers):

Republic Navy Commodore Tarkin (FBG)

Republic Navy Captain (FBG)

Why do you wish to become a High Command Member?:

I wish to join the Naval High Command to continue supporting and advancing the Republic Navy by upholding high standards, fostering professionalism, and providing consistent leadership. My current efforts in implementing and maintaining Base Command Protocols, Bunk Inspections, Ship Inspections, and ATC operations have already begun to strengthen the Navy’s structure and roleplay quality.

As High Command, I aim to expand upon these initiatives by developing new systems and collaborations—particularly between the Republic Navy and Shock—to enhance both immersion and inter-battalion coordination. Over recent months, the Navy has shown steady growth in activity and depth of roleplay, and I want to ensure that momentum continues. Additionally, I’m committed to supporting other battalions through joint missions, coordination, and shared objectives to promote unity across the GAR.

How much time do you have on the server?:

400 hours at this time

What are the duties of a High Command Member?:

Members of the High Command are responsible for overseeing and supporting all battalions within the Frostbite Gaming Community. Their duties include assisting Command Teams by providing guidance, answering questions, refining documentation, supporting tryouts, and fostering roleplay opportunities.

High Command also collaboratively manages and updates the GAR SOP to ensure consistency across battalions—maintaining standards such as priority protocols, base codes, and engagement practices. Additionally, they monitor battalion activity and performance, identifying areas for improvement to maintain an effective, active, and cohesive Grand Army of the Republic.

Why should we trust you with this position?:

Over the past two and a half months in Command—primarily as the sole Command member within the Navy—I have demonstrated consistent leadership, initiative, and collaboration. As Commodore, I currently oversee all Republic Navy operations, including the Pilot Division, which already requires a high degree of trust and responsibility.

I have built strong relationships across battalions through diplomacy and cooperation, ensuring effective coordination during missions and events. I believe that being entrusted with a High Command position would allow me to further enhance the Navy’s efficiency and responsiveness, implementing meaningful changes and resolving issues more effectively. My focus as a member of Naval High Command would be to ensure that both the Republic Navy and Shock continue to thrive under stable, organized, and forward-looking leadership.

How often can you be online?:

Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday - 2-6 Hours  (depending on work schedule)

Saturday/Sunday  6-8 Hours  (depending on work schedule)

As a teacher, my schedule can occasionally shift due to school-related events; however, I consistently strive to remain active and available, maintaining the same level of dedication and reliability that I currently demonstrate.

Do you have any warns?:

During my time on the server I have never been warned.

Thank you for taking the time to read this application. This is to show my interest to move ahead in the future of the server.

dont get me wrong, zane is a great person and would be a great naval high comm. the only issue however....is that hes the only naval command member alongside of little naval officer's.

while yes being a naval high comm would be beneficial, it is too soon for that especially cause there is no one else (that i know of) in naval to pick up the reigns of zane as the only command leading naval. ontop of that this actually happened before when a possible naval command person in old naval back then became high comm and it did not at all improve the situation nor did anyone else get to naval command until way later when it then became base ops then naval high comm and command step down due to that, while yes some in base ops become command in there it eventually died due to lack of leadership and/or people stepping up, because base ops never really popped off or stood out.

basically, i think zane should wait until he has a few more naval officers an command personnel in naval before he goes to high comm, for i fear it will backfire if the only command of naval goes for high comm.

Note: though i do know if they were to be high comm, they definitely deserve it for they put in a lot of hard work into it, just currently naval is note in the state to be with no command so i just feel like he should wait until its stable enough for him to go to high comm

I think giving him -support knowing he'd be good at the job is dumb, he can be highcomm and still act as Naval Commander.
